Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color only, subject to stock availability.
  • If your preferred item is out of stock, we’ll offer a store credit instead.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Customized or limited-edition drops (if any) are final sale.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
